I’m an author. Not only on Medium, that I completely forgot during 2022 (my bad so, yes you can say it).
I publish most of my fictional stories (in french) on Wattpad, on Inkitt and on Fyctia.
( By the way, I’m in a contest right now, it’s in french, but if you want support me, the creation of an account is totally free and the story is called the Bringer of Darkness.)
It’s 100% free and I don’t earn one penny on those writing stuff. Still, as any author, I like to be read.
To do so. I must promote my stories. It’s a sort of package you know, otherwise if you don’t make the promotion of your writing, you just got the impression that you’re writing for your cat.
Same if you have a shitty cover, people won’t click on your stories, and you will still be writing for your cat (and yet, cat’s person know how they can be mean cruel haha )

Or why I will throw a tantrum if I see a publishing house make a cover with Midjourney, without having made any further manipulation on it.
